Helmsley Spear, LLC, has joined the CORFAC global real estate network as its newest domestic affiliate, serving clients in New York City.
CORFAC is a network of independently-owned commercial real estate firms with 60 offices in North America and 20 offices internationally.

Last week, the company moved its headquarters to the entire 44th floor at 599 Lexington Avenue.
The new 8,200 s/f space will accommodate growth at the company, according to Scott M. Bloom. executive vice president/principal.
