SL Green Realty Corp has signed leases covering 22,072 s/f for two separate companies at 215 Park Avenue South.
Existing tenant Kimball Office, the international manufacturer and designer of high-end workplace furniture systems, signed for 10-years covering 9,885 s/f on the third floor; and CMG Clique Media Group Inc., which creates and disseminates news about fashion, beauty, home and shopping for women, committed to a five-year, 12,187 s/f lease, relocating and expanding its New York City headquarters onto a portion of the 18th floor.
“We are delighted to work with both tenants,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president, director of leasing and real property for SL Green who added that “these leases are a further testament to the continuing strength of the Midtown South market.”
SL Green also announced that Offit Capital Advisors, LLC, an employee-owned investment manager focused on advising high net worth individuals, has renewed its lease for 10 years covering 14,206 s/f on the entire 24th floor of 485 Lexington Avenue a/k/a Grand Central Square.
Larry Zuckerman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Offit Capital, while Natasha Brown acted in-house on behalf of SL Green.
