SL Green Realty Corp. has signed a 10-year, 20,987 s/f lease with Laidlaw & Company (UK) Ltd., a global investment banking and securities brokerage firm, for the entire 12th floor at 521 Fifth Avenue.

“Fifth Avenue continues to be a premier business address and buildings like 521 Fifth Avenue, which are centrally-located, convenient to mass transit and have the benefit of institutional ownership will continue to outperform the market,” said SL Green’s Executive Vice President, Director of Leasing and Real Property, Steven Durels.

Laidlaw & Company is expected to relocate into 521 Fifth Avenue during Q2 of 2018.

Located two blocks west of Grand Central Terminal, 521 Fifth Avenue is a 39-story office building which has been fully redeveloped.
