A new high-end hair salon is set to open where J. Lucas Clothiers has been located for the last five years.
Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group announced that Hair Bar NYC has leased the second floor retail space at 218 Madison Avenue fopr a ten-year term.
Annie Yao of Buchbinder & Warren represented the landlord in the deal for the 410 s/f corner unit. Abie Zarif of Kassin Sabbagh Realty represented the tenant.
