Rechler Equity Partners has announced that Carrier Enterprise Northeast (CENE), a distributor of HVAC products and accessories, has signed a 4,570 s/f lease at the HBD Home & Design Center at 220 Roger’s Way, the first of nine buildings planned at the new Hampton Business District.
CENE will use the space at 220 Roger’s Way for a showroom and warehousing for its products.
CENE is the second tenant at the HBD Home & Design Center, a one-stop destination for area builders, remodelers, contractors and interior designers, offering tenants state-of-the-art showroom and warehouse space.
In October 2014, AC Lighting & Electric, a 62-year old lighting supply company, signed a lease for 9,140 square feet at the HBD Home & Design Center within the 60,000 s/f property.
Rechler’s Ted Trias negotiated the lease on behalf of the company, while David Godfrey, a senior associate at CBRE, represented the tenant.
