Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York Properties announced a merger with Reba Miller’s RP Miller Realty Group, the brokerage team lead by industry veteran Reba Miller.
Miller will take over $81 million in exclusive listings to the firm, including exclusive representation of The Revere at 400 East 54th Street.
On the heels of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ expansion into New York City last year, the merger comes as part of a long-term strategy to grow its presence in New York.
The RP Miller Team includes Susan Rubell, Lee M. Frankel, Vanessa Spenuzza, Michelle Miller, Julia Cole and Shelley Sussman who will join Miller at the Berkshire Hathaway offices at 590 Madison Avenue.

Miller has become a fixture in Manhattan real estate with over 30 years of expertise, and more than $1 billion worth of sales. S
he has been an active REBNY member and earned accolades like the Sales Deal of the Year in 2017, Rental Deal of the Year in 2016 and the Henry Foster Award for Lifetime Achievement in 2014.
