Mr. Russell is also ranked as No. 2 in New York State (up from No. 3 in 2021) and No. 36 in the entire United States, up from No. 69 in 2021.

In 2021, Andrew brokered and closed a total of 432 residential loans, with a total volume of about $198 million. Approximately 79 percent of the loans were new lending versus 21 percent refinances.
