Prodigy Network and Prudential Douglas Elliman have entered into a co-exclusive collaboration regarding sales at Trump SoHo Hotel Condominium.
Douglas Elliman Developments, a division of Prudential Douglas Elliman, will spearhead a domestic sales effort, led by Raphael De Niro and Fredrik Eklund.
“We have seen a significant uptick in sales this year, with 21 units under contract, and 19 new sales closed since we unveiled new pricing at the end of February,” said Rodrigo Nino, president of Prodigy Network, the international real estate brokerage, in a statement. “There has been incredible demand from international buyers from Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Spain, Argentina, Canada, France and Hong Kong. Prudential Douglas Elliman brings with it a tremendously interested client base and we feel that this will be an excellent addition to our already strong pool of buyers and prospects.”
Prodigy has led marketing efforts at Trump SoHo since the start of the project, which launched last year. The hotel condominium, a joint venture of The Sapir Organization, Bayrock Group, LLC and an affiliate of the Trump Organization, has fast become a destination for celebrities, socialites, and domestic and international travelers alike.
Studios and suites are priced from approximately $1 million to $2.26 million. Penthouses are priced from around $2.5 million to $8.7 million.
“Trump SoHo is a world-class hotel condominium and we look forward to our successful collaboration,” said Howard M. Lorber, Chairman of Prudential Douglas Elliman, in a statement.
