SL Green Realty Corp announced that Nomura Research Institute Americas, Inc., a provider of IT research focusing on financial trends, has expanded at 810 Seventh Avenue by relocating from 7,112 square feet of existing space into 17,320 square feet on the entire 25th floor.
“We are delighted to have been able to accommodate Nomura’s rapid growth,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president, director of leasing and real property for SL Green, who added that “numerous high profile financial service companies have been attracted to 810 Seventh due to the buildings recent capital program and sweeping views of Central Park.
810 Seventh Avenue is a 750,000 s/f tower located between west 52nd and 53rd streets.
Among other prestigious tenants are The Raine Group, Capstone Credit, Longacre Management, Aegis Capital Holding, Omega Advisors, Brightwood Capital Advisors, and Ion Media Networks.
Tara Stacom, Barry Zeller, Justin Royce, Connor Daugstrup and Matthias Li of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the transaction.
