Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) has been retained as the exclusive agent of Kenneth Cole’s corporate headquarters at 707 11th Avenue.
Situated on the corner of 50th Street and 11th Avenue, floors three, four and five totaling approximately 65,000 rentable square feet, are available on a direct basis.
NGKF President New York Tri-State Region David Falk, Senior Managing Director Eric Cagner, Managing Director Greg Wang and Associate Jonathan Franzel will be marketing the space on behalf of Kenneth Cole, currently the building’s single tenant and owner.
The available third, fourth and fifth floors have a separate entrance with a private lobby on 11th Avenue.
The three floors are comprised of side core floor plates, which present the open-concept environment that is popular with many creative companies today. Additional building features include exposed brick, original wood beams, an abundance of windows, a potential 2,000 s/f terrace, a fully-operational cafeteria available to all building tenants and access to an 8,000 s/f shared event space with 20-foot-high ceilings.
