Leonard R. Gendelberg has launched a new firm that he believes will put some style in the apartment hunting process.
Called Fashion Realty Inc., the brokerage firm specializes in “showing stylish properties through agents with a fashionable style of their own.ˮ
“Our style will move you,” said Gendelberg, the company president & CEO.
“New York is a stylish community, and we believe in offering properties that embrace the style and energy of our city. What makes us stand apart from other brokerage firms is the style of the properties we market and the stylish flair our agents possess.
“We are confident that our clients will notice a difference. We take real estate very seriously and we never stop working until we find the perfect stylish property for our clients. Plus, we’ve added some extra style to the process.”
In an email, Gendelberg said his company “does not have any agents nor any listings. We just launched literally a few days ago and will start acquiring listings and recruiting agents within the next few weeks.ˮ
He is operating from “a temporary office at 1701 Avenue P in Brooklyn, however, we will be moving into an office in either downtown Brooklyn or into Manhattan in the coming weeks.ˮ
With time out to attend Hofstra University School of law and work as a paralegal, Gendelberg said he has worked in real estate since 2000 when he was a rental agent at Century 21 and Filmore. In 2011, he returned to the business, doing rentals for Maxim Maximov, a law firm that works with small business debtors with bankruptcy solutions.
Gendelberg said Fashion Realty, Inc., is a full-service real estate brokerage firm. The firm offers residential sales and rentals, commercial sales and leasing, as well as international sales.
“I’ve been in the real estate business for over 10 years and I’ve worked with dozens of traditional real estate brokerage firms,ˮ said Gendelberg.
“The New York market may be filled with real estate brokerage firms, but no other firm offers the level of style and class that clients will receive from Fashion Realty. We encourage those in the market for a property to contact us and see the difference we offer.”
