LIC’s LINC fully leased
Rockrose Development Corp. announced that Linc LIC, the new, amenity-rich luxury residential rental tower in the heart of Court Square, Long Island City, is 100 percent leased. Occupancy of the 42-story, 709-unit building commenced last August.
Rockrose President Justin Elghanayan said, “We are thrilled to celebrate the rapid lease-up of Linc LIC, the first large-scale rental building in Court Square to reach full occupancy. A third Rockrose project, a residential conversion and addition to the former Eagle Electric manufacturing site at 43-22 Queens Street, will be a 54-story tower with 783 apartments.
Located at 43-10 Crescent Street, the apartments at Linc LIC range from 450-square-foot studios to 1,400-square-foot three bedrooms.
Many apartments have balconies, in-unit washer/dryers and floor-to-ceiling windows. Building amenities include basketball and squash courts, a children’s playroom, a screening room and a bi-level, 5,650-square-foot fitness center.

Washington Heights’ Edgecombe Parc 80 percent in contract
Sales and marketing team Bracha New York announced Edgecombe Parc Condominium is 80 percent in contract in less than ten months on the market and closings have started.
Located at 456 West 167th Street, the project is a premier building featuring 49 residences and six commercial units in Washington Heights. The developer is Gleam Realty Inc.

Miron Properties tapped to lease
Central Harlem rental
Miron Properties announced it has been retained by the developer MKF Realty to market and lease The Gloria, a modern rental redevelopment located at 9 East 118th Street in Central Harlem.
The leasing office opens next week and renting will begin immediately. There are currently 21 units available in the 30-unit building: 18 one-bedrooms and 3 two-bedrooms.
