NAIOP-NJ elects officers

At its Annual Meeting and Real Estate Outlook, NAIOP New Jersey, the commercial real estate development association, elected its 2016 slate of officers and trustees. The event was held at the Short Hills Hilton.

Chapter officers for 2016 are: President, Clark Machemer, The Rockefeller Group; President-Elect and Vice President-Public Affairs, Dave Gibbons, Elberon Development Group; Vice President-Special Events, Gene Preston, Dermody Properties; Vice President-Education, Omer Ahmed, Seagis Property Group; Vice President-Membership and Communications, Mark Goldstein, Liberty Property Trust; Vice President-Associate Affairs, Kim Brennan, Colliers International; and Secretary/Treasurer, Ed Walsh, Avison Young.

Elected new trustees: Morris Davis, Rutgers University Business School; Michael J. DeMarco, Mack-Cali Realty Corp.; Rob Kossar, JLL; Jonathan Kushner, KRE Group; Adam Pasternack, Russo Development; and Stacey Weinberg-Kierman, Federal Business Center.
