Metro-North now occupies 320,000 s/f in Graybar

SL Green Realty Corp announced that Metro-North Commuter Railroad Company has expanded for the third time at 420 Lexington Avenue aka The Graybar Building.

The 19-year lease covering 24,928 s/f increases the railroad’s total occupancy to 321,185 square feet.

“Metro North has been a tenant at the Graybar Building for over 20 years and we are delighted to once again accommodate their on-going expansion,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president, director of leasing and real property, who added that “the building is now over 98 percent leased.”

Josh Kuriloff and Jodi Roberts of Cushman & Wakefield represented Metro-North in the transaction.
