The project, located at 2701 E. Fowler Avenue in Tampa, Fla., will serve students at the University of South Florida. Construction is slated to begin in June with the property opening to students in August 2024.

Residents who drive will have access to the property’s 620-space covered parking deck.
The location, formerly a Quality Inn, is an easy walk to campus and the USF Botanical Gardens and is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, convenience stores and retail outlets.
