Fisher Brothers announced that Global X Management Company LLC has signed a new 14,498 s/f lease at 605 Third Avenue, its 1.1 million-square-foot office tower in Midtown.
The investment management company signed a 15-year lease to relocate its headquarters from 600 Lexington Avenue to the entire 43rd floor of the tower in January 2020, following a buildout of the space by Fisher Brothers.

Global X was represented by John Picco and Jennifer Casey of Cushman & Wakefield. Fisher Brothers was represented in-house by Marc S. Packman and Charles P. Laginestra, as well as by Bruce Mosler, Louis D’Avanzo, Andrew Ross, Michael Baraldi and Maria Travlos of Cushman & Wakefield.
Since completing a $25 million capital improvement program in early 2016, Fisher Brothers has secured over 440,000 s/f of leases. The tower is now 97 percent leased.
Fisher Brothers has collaborated with Convene, the office services provider, to create a full-service tenant amenity and conference center on the seventh floor of 605 Third Avenue. The space, which opened in the spring, is operated by Convene’s roster of ospitality professionals and feature a variety of meeting areas, a café, outdoor terraces and lounge seating.
