Investment bankers opt to stay put at 430 Park Ave.

Lee & Associates NYC today announced that the firm has arranged a lease renewal for investment bank H.C. Wainwright at 430 Park Avenue in Manhattan.

The tenant, H.C. Wainwright will occupy the entire third and four-floor, totaling 33,698 s/f of office space.

Corey J. Abdo, executive managing director and principal at Lee & Associates NYC represented H.C. Wainwright in the transaction. JLL’s Clark Finney, Randy Abend and Frank Doyle represented the owner, 430 Operating Company, LLC.

“We are thrilled to have facilitated H.C. Wainwright’s renewal of its office space at 430 Park Avenue,” said Abdo. “We looked meticulously at the surrounding market, and determined with the tenant that a seven-year renewal combined with a fair landlord concession package was the ideal option. We’re excited for them to remain in this prime Park Avenue building.”

430 Park Avenue is a 19-story Class-A office building with ground-floor retail tenants including Joe & The Juice, Cellini and Engel & Voelkers. It is comprised of the entire western block of Park Avenue between East 55th and East 56th Streets. Three floors of the building are dedicated to WeWork.
