Toll Brothers City Living and Gaggenau hosted an evening in celebration of 55 West 17th Street, a new 19-story condominium designed by Morris Adjmi Architects.
The party kicked-off with a champagne reception in the building’s sales gallery. Afterwards, guests enjoyed a party downstairs at neighborhood hotspot, The Gander, featuring a private DJ set spun by Questlove, accompanied by MC Yameen Allworld.
55 West 17th Street in Chelsea, offers 53 one- to four-bedroom apartments. Building amenities include full-time doorman and concierge service, fitness center, children’s playroom, a lounge with a billiards table, a screening room and a common landscaped terrace on the building’s second floor.
