Toll Brothers City Living and Corcoran hosted a celebration for brokers and special guests to see the new on-site model and sales office at Pierhouse in Brooklyn Bridge Park. The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath duplex model apartment has an outdoor terrace. With interiors and exteriors were designed by Marvel Architects. Pierhouse has 106 townhome-style one-to-five-bedroom residences, spread across two separate waterfront buildings many with outdoor space. Landscape architect Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates designed private rooftops and landscaped terraces. The condominium is expected to achieve LEED Silver certification. Pierhouse is ready for immediate occupancy and is 80 percent sold.
