HFZ Capital Group hosted a reception to celebrate the unveiling of its newest model residence inside 90 Lexington, the modern half of the pre and post-war united condo building 88&90 Lex in NoMad. Ligne Roset, the French furniture company known for their compelling designer collaborations, partnered with HFZ to furnish the 2,025 s/f, three bedroom and four-bathroom residence listed at $4.579 million.
