The Council of Urban Real Estate (CURE)  hosted a Leadership Power Breakfast with Peter Ferzan, founder and principal of Ferzan Company, a program and project leadership and consulting firm, at The Cornell Club in New York City.
The discussion included in-depth conversation with Ferzan about his approach to the delivery of strategic and implementation program/project management to the larger real estate community. He also discussed navigating entrepreneurship for over 20 years and the lessons learned.
“We are really excited to give our members insights into all the various moving parts of real estate, said Kendrick Harris, President of CURE.  “Peter is a master of strategic project and program leadership and was able to share his development of a unique approach and methodology to project processes and the necessary tools to execute. CURE looks forward to hosting similar discussions with thought leaders in the near future.”
