Anbau, adeveloper of luxury residential properties in New York City, has broken ground on 207W79, a 13-story luxury condominiumon the Upper West Side. The full-service property, situated between Amsterdam and Broadway at 207 West 79th Street, will feature 19 residences extending the Upper West Side’s prewar aesthetic into the present through a contemporary design. Architecture and interiors of the property are designed by Morris Adjmi Architects. Exclusively represented by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, sales at the property are anticipated to start in fall 2016.
