Hand & Stone Spa expanding in the Garden State;Nordstrom Rack signs 35,000 s/f Jersey lease

Florian Suserman and Curtis Nassau of Ripco Real Estate, New Jersey, announced that Hand & Stone just signed three more leases in New Jersey.

Ripco represents Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Central and Northern New Jersey, Rockland County and Long Island, New York. Hand & Stone is one of America’s fastest growing spa concepts. It offers professional massage, facial and no-wax hair removal services and has 200 locations throughout the United States.

Its New Jersey expansion includes new locations in Clifton, Pompton Lakes and Livingston. The retailer said, “Hand & Stone continues to be well received in New Jersey due to the state’s dense population, solid incomes and high education levels.”

Hand & Stone is actively looking for additional 2500 to 3000 square foot locations in supermarket anchored shopping centers.

Helena Loelius and Trista Ricciardelli at Sitar Realty Company-TCN Worldwide announced that Nordstrom Rack will be arriving in The Crossroads at Eatontown in Eatontown, New Jersey.

The opening is scheduled for Fall of 2015. Nordstrom Rack will occupy 35,500s/f at the center. The deal comes following a major upgrade by center owners, LGR Associates.

Located across from the main entrance of the Monmouth Mall, the Nordstrom Rack store will join tenants such as Macy’s Furniture and Fortunoff Backyard in the 105,735 s/f center.

Loelius and Ricciardelli are LGR Associates’ leasing representatives at the Eatontown location. Jeffrey Howard of Ripco Real Estate Corp, represented the tenant.
