NAI Global announced that EVO Real Estate Group, its New York City Member firm, signed an agreement with City Winery to provide real estate brokerage services as it expands in North America and internationally.
A growing chain of full-service restaurants combined with live music venues, functioning wineries and private event space, City Winery has established locations in New York, Chicago, Nashville and Atlanta, and plans to open its Boston location in October 2016.
Other targeted cities include Detroit, Houston, Toronto, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, Miami, London and Barcelona.
Robert Frischman, EVO Executive Vice President, worked with City Winery to find and secure its flagship location in New York City in 2008, followed by additional locations in Chicago and Boston. He and his team, which includes colleague Vicki Freeman, will serve as the exclusive broker and will work with NAI Global member firms to identify additional locations.
“Finding suitable space in urban markets can be challenging, particularly with the size requirement for a City Winery unit, but the vast resources of the network will assist us in identifying the most appropriate options,” said Frischman. “We are excited to be part of City Winery’s expansion and for the opportunity to work with our national and international colleagues to make this happen.”
