DONE DEALS: The strategic move

dovanna-pagowski
DOVANNA PAGOWSKI

Rutenberg’s Dovanna Pagowski just closed on a rare studio facing Central Park West.
Located in a chateau-style landmarked castle at 455 Central Park West, unit 1L attracted a flurry of attention when it hit the market, driving the price up from $599,000 to $625,000. Pagowski said the studio sold so quickly and over the price as it was “strategically slightly under priced.”
“I took great care in staging elements of the property as well as making sure that the professional photographs showed it to its best advantage. Marketing strategy is key,” she said.
The studio apartment offers a full chefs kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops custom cherry wood cabinetry, dishwasher and microwave and arched windows look out to landscaped greenery.
The full-service condo has a lobby designed by David Rockwell and offers residents a business center, private garden, children’s play area, 24-hour fitness center with sauna and lap pool.
