Itʼs not just an Englishmanʼs home thatʼs his castle.

Douglas Elliman broker Sonia Stock said the luxurious master suite in #3A at 505 Greenwich is what sold her client on the unit when he first bought it.
Now, the same attribute has tempted a buyer to pay $3.05 million for the two bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment.
“The seller — who originally bought the apartment as an investment in a 1031 Exchange — said the master bedroom ‘makes you feel like a king!’ He never stayed there, but bought it because of its investment appeal. The new buyer said the size of the master bedroom was a major selling point.”
Justin Figari of Douglas Elliman brought in the buyer in a deal that took 14 weeks from listing to signed contract. Stock listed the unit at $3.15 million.
The north-facing master bedroom has a wall of windows facing a courtyard, marble bath with soaking tub and shower and a customized walk-in closet.
