DONE DEALS: Christmas comes early

City Connection agents Gizella Buligovic and Laki Igrutinovic brought a long-time client an early Christmas gift.

The pair moved fast when a FSBO listing in a Harlem condo building with no income restrictions hit the market.

“This is one of very rare condo buildings that has no income restrictions in Harlem,ˮ said Igrutinovic.
“It was very desirable for first time buyers with 10 percent down payment and investor friendly, located close to subway and next door to a police station.

“We had multiple offers on the table and sold it to an investor that Laki worked with for a long time as an all cash deal.ˮ

The newly renovated 525 s/f one bedroom at 443 West 151st Street was listed at $325,000.

Their client — an Indian national who lives and works in the US — won the bidding at $340,000 and the deal closed within a week.
