Delos, the pioneering developer of Wellness Real Estate which incorporates scientifically based health and wellness features into environmentally sound living spaces, announced today that Dolly Lenz, Vice Chairman of Prudential Douglas Elliman in New York, has joined its Advisory Board.
A real estate executive with more than 20 years of sales, marketing and branding experience, Lenz is an industry legend, having sold more than 8 billion in properties during her career.
“We are delighted that Dolly has agreed to join our Advisory Board, a group comprised of illustrious business and civic leaders including bestselling author Dr. Deepak Chopra, former House Majority Leader Dick Gephardt, United States Senator Mel Martinez, Jason McLennan, Founder, Living Building Challenge, Dr. Michael Roizen, Chief Wellness Officer of the Cleveland Clinic and Terry McAuliffe, former Chairman of the Democratic National Committee. As a powerful and distinguished leader in the real estate industry, Dolly’s advice and counsel will accelerate our mission to improve the way people live by developing spaces that optimize health and enhance their quality of life,” said Delos co-founder Morad Fareed.
In a 2005 article, The Economist called Lenz “New York’s Real Estate Queen.” Lenz is a frequent guest on CNBC’s “Power Lunch,” “The Kudlow Report,” and “Fox News with Neil Cavuto.” She has appeared on MSNBC, Bloomberg TV, and “Good Morning America,” and writes on current real estate issues in various media publications including Forbes, Investor’s Business Daily and Barron’s.
In reaction to the announcement, Lenz said she was “thrilled” to be joining the advisory board.
“Our nation has made tremendous strides in developing sustainable living spaces but the effort to bring health-based technologies into our homes is only in its infancy. Delos is on the cutting edge of seamlessly combining sustainability with healthier living and I am delighted to play a role in this burgeoning endeavor,” Lenz said.
