A New Jersey Meadowlands office landmark has been redefined as a showplace for modern design and amenities, according to commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
Alexander Property Holdings LLC, which owns 9 Polito Avenue in Lyndhurst, transformed the 30-year-old, 271,000 s/f asset through a newly-completed renovation, and recently named Cushman & Wakefield as the building’s exclusive leasing and managing agent.
“This property is now the gem of the Meadowlands,” noted Cushman & Wakefield’s Curtis Foster, who heads the leasing team with Jerry Shifrin. “In essence, 9 Polito is a brand-new building with an amenities package befitting new office construction.”
Alexander Property Holdings purchased the 10-story, Class A asset – formerly known as Copper Ridge Center – in 2015. This spring, the firm reintroduced the property with a completely reinvented interior, and well-appointed facilities and services.
A dramatic, sculptural reception desk complements bright finishes, marble floors, contoured walls, soft-seating gathering areas, and custom light fixtures throughout the building.
Copious use of LED lighting further defines 9 Polito’s hospitality-inspired atmosphere. Alexander Property Holdings also updated the building’s mechanical systems and installed new elevator cabs.
The Cushman & Wakefield team currently is marketing units from 5,000 to 80,000 s/f at 9 Polito, with building signage available for a full-floor user.
