Cushman inks two leases at 575 Fifth Avenue

Cushman & Wakefield today announced that the real estate services firm has secured two leases at 575 Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan on behalf of the landlord, Beacon Capital Partners & MetLife Investment Management. The two leases are located on the 20th floor of the building, and provide the tenants with brand new, pre-built office space. Real estate company, Ten-X, LLC, took 8,568 rentable square feet, and investment banking firm, Liberum Capital Inc., inked 6,104 rentable square feet. Both tenants will use the space for their New York offices.

A Cushman & Wakefield team consisting of Executive Vice Chairman Josh Kuriloff, Matthias Li, Anthony LoPresti, Andrew Braver, and Jim McCaffrey brokered both leases with Bruce Mosler, Chairman of Global Brokerage, providing executive oversight. Ten-X was also represented by Cushman & Wakefield by Executive Vice Chairman Tara Stacom and Director Connor Daugstrup. Liberum Capital Inc. was represented by Tom Hines of Transwestern and David Stockel of CBRE, formerly with Transwestern.
