Comics Place space hits the market with DE team

Faith Hope Consolo, Chairman, and Joseph Aquino, Executive Vice President, and Arthur Maglio of Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group are marketing a store at 202 Clinton Street, on Manhattan’s trendsetting Lower East Side.

Located between East Broadway and Henry Street, the 500 s/f space is the third availability in a seven-store block-front exclusively represented by Consolo and her team.

The previous two spaces were leased by the Retail Group to Subway and Ice & Vice.

“We have been charged with revitalizing the block, one store at a time,” said Consolo. “As the leases expire, we will be able to introduce better services and products to the area.”

Surrounding businesses include Mission Chinese Food, The Comfort Diner, Doughnut Plant, Apple Bank and Citibank.

The entire exclusive agency comprises approximately 4,000 square feet of retail space spanning East Broadway, between Henry and Clinton Streets. The previous tenant at 202 Clinton was The Comics Place.
