The celebrity fashion brand FRAME Denim has expanded its New York City showroom at 245 Fifth Avenue.
Worn by such icons as Willem Dafoe, Matt Dillion, Daniel Craig, Emily Ratajkowski, Gigi Hadid, and Karlie Kloss, as well as many other celebrities and people looking for great fit and style, Frame doubled its occupancy in the property, expanding from its 6,200-square-foot space to a total of 11,941 square feet. The asking rent was $75-per-square-foot.
The Schoen Group at Savitt Partners represented Framed Denim. Christel Engel of Colliers International acted on behalf of the ownership, Thor Equities and The Moinian Group.
Founded by a group of friends that reside in London and LA, the concept for FRAME Denim was to create chic fashion essentials. The company started with its debut jean “Le Skinny” and has since grown into a full ready-to-wear brand. The label has been seen on the “who’s who” of Hollywood celebrities. FRAME has grown substantially in the past couple of years due to the ‘it’ status the company has been enjoying since its inception.
“In addition to its NYC showroom, FRAME has offices in London and Los Angeles,” said Michael Schoen of the Schoen Group at Savitt Partners. “The fashion company has grown exponentially since opening its first showroom in Manhattan just a year ago. By working closely with Frame and the building ownership we were able to secure additional showroom and office space that would accommodate the fashion brand’s future growth needs.”
Located in Midtown South, 245 Fifth Avenue is centrally located close to major transportation hubs, restaurants and shopping destinations. The 24-story building features a beautiful Art Deco lobby that leads to spaces with great light and city views.
