The company, which is based in Richmond, Virginia, serves healthcare systems throughout the U.S.
With healthcare spending approaching 20% of U.S. GDP, healthcare systems are exploring their facility management and capital spending programs for opportunities to reduce costs, monetize assets, and improve the overall patient experience.
CBRE already has 650 healthcare focused professionals throughout the U.S. KLMK Group will be integrated into its Healthcare platform under the direction of Jim Hayden.
