Cauldwell Wingate merges with Bravo

Cauldwell Wingate announced its merger with construction firm Bravo Builders.

The combined entity will operate under the Cauldwell Wingate name as the expanded teams work collaboratively to continue growing the firm’s footprint and delivering client service across the New York metropolitan area.

The firm will be led by new president and chief executive officer Robert Palumbo and chief operating officer Clifford C. Aikens.

“I am incredibly honored to lead this impressive new team,” said Palumbo. “With the combined expertise, experience and capabilities of our expanded firm, I am excited to continue to grow our industry presence in a full range of sectors and delivery methods across the New York area.”

Previously the president of Bravo Builders, Palumbo has more than 23 years of experience in the construction industry and has helped develop many tools and processes for the successful management of complex construction projects, including new buildings and major renovations.

The combined team brings a range of experience to the new entity, with project highlights including 388 Bridge Street, 277 Park Avenue and Weill Cornell Medical College.
