CareOne has announced the expansion of its existing assisted living facilities in Evesham Township, NJ. Kimmerle Group, a multifaceted design, real estate, planning, development and branding practices firm with offices in New York and New Jersey, has been working closely with CareOne to manage the full design and build out of the additional 26,408 s/f of space. The Medical services firm expects to open its doors to residents in mid to late 2020.
Kimmerle Group provided full coordination and oversight of the project in addition to design and architecture from the beginning of the project’s expansion and will continue through the scheduled opening.
“A major trend that needs accommodation is simply that people will continue to live longer lives, and stay longer periods of time in assisted living facilities,” added Michael Azarian, Managing Director of Kimmerle’s Healthcare Studio. “We have tried to respond by creating an extension that will foster contact between residents and create healthier interactions and lifestyles.”
