The Building Trades Employers’ Association (BTEA) has formed a strategic alliance with the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).
The alliance will help strengthen both the BTEA and ASSE through the sharing of resources and collaboration in membership educational programs, conferences and industry events.
The BTEA expects the new alliance to carry numerous benefits both for the Association itself and the construction industry at large.
The BTEA’s alliance with ASSE will help to strengthen public and worker safety on construction sites in New York City. The BTEA and ASSE will also increase the number of educational opportunities for the construction industry by cosponsoring a series of technical seminars as well as the BTEA Safety Conference in 2014.
