With new development planned throughout the fi ve boroughs, New York’s construction industry is making a slow comeback. However, effi ciency is more important than ever and owners are looking to the construction industry to improve best practices and safety standards, and to streamline the building process by integrating technology, new building methods, and improving collaboration between all parties involved in construction.
The Owner’s View Roundtable provided a forum for owners and developers to identify and explore what they need from the construction industry to help them build effectively in New York. The conference is an invaluable resource for owners, contractors, architects, engineers and other industry service providers who are interested in working on new developments and making their businesses more competitive in the current market.
The seminar was the third of a four part series covering educational insights in the construction industry.
