The Berman Group has introduced a mobile application for property owners to showcase properties to agents via their mobile devices.
Agents in turn will be able to utilize the application to market properties to clients, potentially speeding up the pace of transactions.
A sample application can be downloaded from the Apple store or at Google Play for the current renovations taking place at former H&H Bagel factory on West 46th Street and 12th Avenue. There agents will be able to remain informed about important notifications and progress as it happens on the on the site.
Property owners will be able to use the application to list available properties, photos and floor plans. Realty agents will be able to use the applications to conduct transactions on the go.
