TerraCRG has been retained as the exclusive agent for the lease of the retail space directly across the street from the Barclays Center, at 166 Flatbush Avenue.

166 Flatbush Avenue is across the street from the Barclays Center main entrance and is sandwiched between Shake Shack and the soon-to-open True Religion retail store.

Earlier this year, TerraCRG leased both Patsy’s Pizzeria and Doughnut Plant, their first Brooklyn locations, just blocks from the property, both of which are expected to open later this year.
