Avison Young announced that it has been named as the exclusive leasing agent for Mount Pleasant Medical, a state-of-the-art, 150,000 s/f medical office facility owned by Hampshire Companies in partnership with Paragon Realty.
Redeveloped to meet stringent hospital zoning restrictions, Mount Pleasant Medical is strategically located at 375 Mt. Pleasant Avenue in West Orange, NJ, a half-mile from I-280 at Prospect Avenue.
