Avison Young opens second office in New Jersey

Avison Young has opened a second New Jersey Office as part of the firm’s ongoing growth and expansion strategy.

Jeffrey L. Heller, principal and Managing Director of the company’s New Jersey offices, said the office is located at 99 Wood Avenue South in Iselin, within the Metropark market.

Earlier this year, Avision Young acquired the New Jersey operation of Cresa NJ-North/Central, LLC, a privately held firm that specializes in representing corporate tenants in the pharmaceutical, biotech and technology secotrs.

According to Heller, the Avison Young New Jersey office headquartered in Morristown, has flourished since its launch in 2012 and is expected to undergo additional expansion.

He said a second location in central New Jersey was needed to address this growth and complement its Morristown office as well as support its recruiting efforts.

He called the latest office opening “a clear demonstration of Avison Young’s commitment to growth in New Jersey and further validation that our collaborative platform and principal-led approach to client servicing is yielding the proper results.”
