NYBC Gala

Nov. 20: The New York Building Congress Indsutry Recognistion Gala will take place tonight at The Grand Hyatt, 109 West 42nd Street, beginning at 6 p.m. Honorees are Victoria Cerami, Cerami & Associates; Mitchel Simpler, Jaros, Baum & Bolles; and Peter Davoren of Turner Construction who will accept the Public Service Award.

RELA Seminar

Nov. 21: The Real estate Lenders Association will host a market update Shark Tank-style at the offices of Morrison & Foerster, 250 West 55th Street, beginning at 8.15 a.m. After each of the three presentations, a Shark Tank-style panel of senior real estate executives will question presenters and share their own perspectives on each real estate sector. Annual Gala

Nov. 23: ArtsWestchester will present tis Innovator Award to developer Martin Ginsburg, co-founder of Ginsburg Development Companies, at its Annual Gala at the new Barbara Walters Campus Center at Sarah Lawrence College. Dec. 11: The Real Estate Division of the Diabetes Research Institute will host the annual Empire Ball at the Grand Hyatt in New York City . The fundraiser aims to raise $1.5 million in support of the Diabetes Research Institute (DRI), located at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
