ECA Seminar
Oct 16: The Environmental Contractors Association (ECA) and CERT Institute (CERT) will host a seminar on Local Law 196 from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM at The Sheraton Times Square at 811 7th Avenue. The expert-led panel includes John Connolly, Total Safety Consulting LLC; Peter Simon, CTotal Safety Consulting LLC; and Adam Zellner, Greener by Design. The seminar will discuss the new guidelines set forth by Local Law 196, as well as the key OSHA policies, procedures and standards construction staff needs to know. Additionally, the presentation will highlight environmental training now available through CERT for effective on-site remediation required for a broad range of hazardous environmental and infectious public health emergencies.
