Power Seminar

Jan 23.: If the power goes out in a multifamily building, how long will your building remain habitable? Lights Out: Measuring the Impact of Power Outages on Multifamily Buildings will see Nico Kienzl and Michael Esposito from Atelier Ten, an environmental engineering consulting firm, demonstrate how to use a new tool to help analyze and model the impact of extreme weather on multifamily buildings and assess how indoor temperatures are affected during power outages. Jan. 26: The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) will host its annual State of the Market dinner and networking event at the New York Athletic Club in New York City. Data Privacy Seminar

Feb. 3: Bryan Cave will host a data privacy and protection seminar in the firm’s New York office on between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.. Keynote speaker is Maureen K. March 10-13: “The power of the crowd – a game changer in commercial real estate,” will take place March 10 at 4 pm at the MIPIM conference organized in partnership with Allianz Real Estate. The event will take place at Palais des Festivals, Cannes, France. Nicolas Ferrary, CEO of Airbnb France will be speaking as part of the MIPIM conference program.
