Crowell and Professor Ross Sandler presents The Planning Initiatives of Housing New York, a CityLaw Breakfast with Carl Weisbrod, chairman of the New York City Planning Commission, who will give an update on Mayor de Blasio’s mandatory inclusionary zoning plan. Dean Crowell, former counselor to Mayor Bloomberg and Professor Sandler, founding director of the Center for New York City Law at New York Law School, will give opening remarks. AREPA Networking Event

Sept.17: The Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® (HGAR) is hosting its inaugural Hudson Gateway REALTOR Foundation Gala from 7 P.M. to 11 P.M. at Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle, NY. This Gala will benefit Make-A-Wish Hudson Valley, Green Chimneys, People to People and other local charities. Tickets are $125 per person and include a one-and-a half-hour open bar with live entertainment, cocktail appetizers, dinner, coffee and dessert, a DJ and dancing, silent auction and casino. Oct. 1: 14+ Foundation will host its Annual Cocktail Benefit Supporting Children’s Education in Africa. Bowser of Eastpointe Consultants, LLC. Bowser has closed over $6 billion in transactions while working at institutions including Capital One Bank, Prudential, TIAA-CREF and others. The 2015 Woman of the Year Gala will also pay tribute to Patricia Goldstein, a longtime WX member and previous Woman of the Year recipient who passed away recently.
