Crowell and Professor Ross Sandler presents The Planning Initiatives of Housing New York, a CityLaw Breakfast with Carl Weisbrod, chairman of the New York City Planning Commission, who will give an update on Mayor de Blasio’s mandatory inclusionary zoning plan. Dean Crowell, former counselor to Mayor Bloomberg and Professor Sandler, founding director of the Center for New York City Law at New York Law School, will give opening remarks.
