Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. announced it has funded 34 multifamily loans totaling $279,219,964 across the US.
The deals employed Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing Loan, Fannie Mae DUS Small Loan, Fannie Mae DUS Supplemental Loan, Fannie Mae DUS Multifamily Affordable Housing Loan, Arbor CMBS Loan and Arbor Bridge Loan programs.

Ronen Abergel, vice president in Arbor’s New York office, originated the loans, which included funds for four New York properties.
Abergel arranged an $11 million Fannie Mae DUS Loan for Amherst Garden Apartments, a 202-unit property in Buffalo, NY (pictured top). The seven-year acquisition loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule.
The 32-unit Bryant Place Apartments, Buffalo, received $2,665,000 funded under the Fannie Mae DUS Small Loan product line. The seven-year acquisition loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule.
Clarendon Heights, Rochester, Â a 256-unit multifamily property, received $2,521,000 funded under the Fannie Mae DUS Supplemental Loan product line. The seven-year supplemental loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule.
A fourth loan for $5.2 million was made under the Arbor CMBS Loan product line for a second Rochester multifamily property.
The other deals closed in New Jersey, Nevada, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, North Carolina, Florida and Kansas
