The former home of 1 Knickerbocker Bar & Restaurant as well as Kings County Bar in East Williamsburg/Bushwick was sold by TerraCRG’s Matt Cosentino for $3M. The final sale price was $500K over asking.
The property has undergone “extensive” renovations and comes pre-equipped with an active liquor license.
The second floor of the property is outfitted as an office or studio space.
The buyer’s identity was not shared with Real Estate Weekly but TerraCRG confirmed that the purchaser is a large developer that intends to open a new bar/restaurant in the space.
