The firm just announced a three-bedroom penthouse 324 Twenty, a boutique at 324 20th Street, has been sold for $2.07 million, the highest price ever paid for a condominium in Greenwood Heights.

Developed by HPI Development, 324 Twenty has now fully sold out in six months.

“We are excited, but not at all surprised, that 324 Twenty sold out at such a brisk pace. The generous floorplans and sleek, modern finishes are rare in this area and proved to be an extremely attractive product for buyers,” said Cornelia Henning Van Amburg (left) of Stribling Marketing Associates, who handled sales and marketing for the residences.

“Greenwood Heights is very popular right now, and the neighborhood will only continue to become more sought after as time goes on. These homes have amazing resale potential,” added Millie Perry (right) also of Stribling Marketing Associates, who co-listed the project.

Brian Giambalvo and Michael Tannen of Corcoran brought in the penthouse buyer.
