Zazoom has zazzy new digs at 55 Broadway

Colliers International arranged an eight-year lease extension and expansion on behalf of Zazoom Media Group (ZMG), which will now occupy 10,577 s/f at 55 Broadway in Lower Manhattan.

Founded in 2011, ZMG is the producer and distributor of popular video brands Buzz60, Veuer, Pennygem and Mommy 3.0, which are watched more than 50 million times each month.

The company’s distribution partners include Microsoft, AOL, Dailymotion, and Roku. ZMG is also majority owner of the leading programmatic video ad technology company, Buzztala.

Currently occupying 5,521 s/f, ZMG has leased an additional 5,000 s/f to accommodate its growth and need for additional production studios, expanding to take the full 8th floor.

Owned by Harbor Group International, the property recently completed a capital improvement program, including a new lobby, upgraded elevators, and retail space.

“The Harbor Group’s recent investment in building renovations, combined with ZMG’s desire for a full-floor presence, made 55 Broadway the perfect fit,” said Steve Chasanoff, an Executive Managing Director with Colliers International, who represented ZMG in the transaction.

Jonathan Cope, of CBRE, represented The Harbor Group in the transaction.
