
Douglas Elliman Real Estate announced that Vickey Barron will rejoin the company to focus on both new developments and resales.
Barron had previously been affiliated with Douglas Elliman from 2000-2011 and recently left CORE, where she was a managing director.
A 12-year industry veteran, Barron will be working closely with Susan de França, CEO of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
Barron is a founding member of the New York Residential Specialist (NYRS) Credentials Committee and is also a member of REBNY’s ethics committee and she co-chairs the REBNY education committee. During her first nine months as an agent, Barron completed 20 deals, earning her REBNY’s Rookie of the Year Award.

Veteran Douglas Elliman agents Magda Schenone and Richard Hottinger have joined forces to become the Schenone-Hottinger Team.
The team will focus on expanding international business as well as resales, rentals, building sales (townhouses, mixed-use, and commercial) in New York, Brazil, and throughout Europe.
They are based out of Elliman’s 575 Madison Avenue Flagship office. Other team members include Adam Hernandez, Michael Schenone, Andy Rontonardo, Laura Bocly, Jenna McGuirem, and Barbara Fazzalari.
Hottinger has experience in several overseas real estate markets, including Geneva and London. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Manhattan College.
Schenone began selling real estate in Brazil in 1980. Prior to that, she worked in the Brazilian fashion industry manufacturing women’s clothing and accessories, and distributing them through her own showroom.

Veteran broker Steve Snider recently joined the ranks for CORE.
Snider has practiced real estate in several states across the country, including Florida, Minnesota and New York, as well as across the globe in Mozambique, where he used real estate as a way to create local jobs and encourage sustainable change.
He also has extensive background in working with investment properties and as a contractor in Minnesota, where he rehabbed more than 50 homes.
Raised in the Midwest, Snider attended Miami University, where he studied Political Science. He also attended Christian Cincinnati University, where he earned a major in Theology and Biblical Studies. He speaks Portuguese and English.
